Keisha T. Jones, M.Div., CPE is a lover of Jesus, an activist, author, pastoral counselor specializing marriage and divorce counseling and child therapy; a grief counselor trained in trauma response, an international speaker and pastor, a global thinker, apostolic leader, and diversity enthusiast. She is the founder and CEO of EP International and EP International Ministries, Inc. Birthed in 2004 EP International, what started as an event planning company for corporate and church conferences which has since transformed into the public charity who sponsors The GIVE Fest; God later birthed into full-time ministry for men and women all over the world. When God gave her the name of the ministry she thought it was simply to help equip and motivate organizations and churches to organize empowering conferences. Little did she know that as she remained faithful to the leading of Holy Spirit that God was pruning her for the true call He placed on her in her mother’s womb-an international call to train and equip churches and their leadership to minister healing and restoration to the underserved and disadvantaged worldwide.
In 2013, Elder Keisha spent two years rebuilding and restoring an underground church in China journeying alongside another pastor and his wife ‘building a church that God can be pleased with’. God returned her home to ‘bring healing to her city’ in February of 2015. In August of 2015, Jones answered God’s call and stepped out on faith and EP International Ministries, Inc. launched The International Caucus and Youth Summit #TICYS expanding its ministry to ‘a church without walls’ where the real work of ministry unfolds. She strongly believes, “our youth are not our future; they are our right now and if we are to be ‘heaven’s need meeters’, then we must be willing to come out of the four walls (of the church) and bring healing to the lives of those who will never enter our doors – this is the work of real and effective ministry.”
In 2016 EP International Ministries, Inc. launched an annual outreach to homeless and underserved disadvantaged populations in the inner-city of Baltimore, The GIVE Fest, which provides "everything needed for Thanksgiving dinner including the turkey" along with furniture, clothing, baby supplies, clean drinking water, and a hot breakfast. Jones has served as a Baltimore City Police Chaplain and has provided training for the Community Collaboration Division officers and city-wide chaplain program across denomination and interfaith lines breaking barriers of religiosity to bring unity, interfaith dialogue, and practical application to all who desire to provide effective care to those living in crises. Pastor Keisha is an ordained evangelist, ordained elder, and oversees several churches in South Africa as she is often referred to as, "A Mother to the Nations" as featured in the September 2023 17th Anniversary issue on the cover of Grace & Glory Magazine. She holds a dual Master of Divinity degree in Pastoral Theology, Pastoral Care & Counseling and Black Church Studies from Brite Divinity School, has 5 units of Clinical Pastoral Education training, and worked as a hospice chaplain throughout the DELMARVA as well as Pennsylvania and Texas in 2007-2012. She has worked in higher education for the past twelves years and currently works as an adjunct professor teaching sociology, psychology, English Composition, and African American Literature. In addition, Jones has held extensive seminars and leadership trainings on The Corporate Soul Wounds of the Black Church; Guiding Children through Separation and Loss; Clergy Misconduct and Ineffective Pastoral Care; Alzheimer’s: Reaching Deep into the Soul of the Caregiver, African American Grief; and Pastoral Care in Crises: The Effective Trauma Response which she held in March of 2016 at the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health being the first small non-profit organization to ever partner with Johns Hopkins. She has worked in DC on Capitol Hill lobbying for public safety issues and continues to spearhead grassroots initiatives on a local and global level.
